Mighty Image uses caching to speed up your images

Mighty Image provides a powerful caching layer to present frequently requested images and transformations even faster.

Next to Mighty Image caching a browser will also try to cache images to speed up consecutive page loads. You can control this behaviour by indicating how long Mighty Image or browser should cache images.

 

Browser Cache Control

Control caching in browsers and shared caches.

Set how long images should remain fresh in seconds after the response was generated

 

Mighty Image wil set both max-age and s-maxage directives based on this value

Default: 86400

CDN Cache Control

Control caching in CDN shared caches.

Set how long images should remain fresh in seconds after the response was generated

 

Mighty Image wil set max-age directive based on this value.

Default: 86400
